The room was clean and comfortable. Close to train station but not seedy or too touristy? 20-30 minutes to museums and Anne Frank house. Breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed free drink and use of umbrellas. The staff was friendly but couldn’t answer all of our questions.

Driving from Airport to Hotel was unbelievably long due to local roads not being available to tourists in rental cars. It took over 2 hours to get the Radisson Blu from Airport due to idiotic elimination of the ability to travel by car in and around Amsterdam. It used to tale under 30 minutes.

Very picturesque and well manicured. Easy going, walkable, cultured. The food scene is multi culture. Sometimes hard to find authentic Dutch cuisine. Museums, buy your tickets to the Van gogh museum months ahead ,windmills tours, coffee shops, canals, bicycles, everything I expected and more. Easy and affortable bus / train transport from the airport. ❤️ Amsterdam.

The city of Amsterdam is beautiful.

The city of Amsterdam is beautiful. I was very impressed by its network of different modes of transportation and how they all linked up together, making travel very easy. I found the people very pleasant and willing to help out-of-towners navigate the city. Taking the canal tour brought Amsterdam to life and gave a great insight into the origins of the city.

Safe in the room did not work.

Safe in the room did not work. Identified it to the evening 5 ***** turn down person handing out sweets from a bag around 1900 hrs. Showed the safe to the person. Person told me to refer to reception. For a 5 star accommodation, very stingy about late check out. Was in a Marriott hotel few days before and there was no argue for 2 hours late check out.

It is a unique and memorable experience living on a houseboat in Amsterdam. Good location near Central Station and within a short walk from city centre. The apartment is larger than most hotel rooms and contains all the facilities one would want. The small patio on the deck is a fantastic place to watch the sunset, have a drink and wave to the tour boats as they enter the canal.

Amsterdam is just expensive, but its one of those city's people love to visit. The hotel is good, its quite a way from the center, but the trams run well, probably 40-60 minute total from hotel to city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful, probably the stars of the show, otherwise its just a standard chain hotel relatively well priced considering where it is.

This is a spectacular hotel, a million miles from the bland look and feel of many hotel chains. The decor is absolutely beautiful, the public spaces are wonderful. The breakfasts were great. Also, the location is not in central Amsterdam but it's fantastically easy to get to both the airport and the city centre.

The room was spacious and clean, and I felt at home. The hotel is located outside the city center, but it has very good access to public transport. About 20-30 minutes to the airport or the city center. It is much better and cheaper to stay in this budget hotel than in an expensive hotel in central Amsterdam.
