The hotel is in an exceptional location in the old part of the city and right across the square from the Food Halle (which you must try). The rooms are beautifully and uniquely furnished. The bar in the lobby was excellent and they made me a perfect cafe latte early every morning before anything else was open. But the real highlight of this hotel was the staff, who were incredibly helpful in researching sights, advising on public transport routes and then asking me how it all worked out. Thank you to all of you. You really made my holiday !

My family and I all loved the location of this hotel. It’s right in the center of everything and the vintage look and feel to it is magnificent! The front staff were very polite and assisted us with finding the location to the hotel and offered a discount price for reserved parking at a nearby parking garage. The food /breakfast overall was tasty!

Very convenience. The tram stop is just outside the hotel. The receptionist carried our luggage to our floor. There is an elevator but did not reach the location of our room. We had 3 in our party and the room has 3 single beds.

It features a great number of historic buildings, charming palaces, squares and green parks. The unique Madurodam park is a well-known attraction, where you can learn the history of Holland through amazing miniature buildings.

An interesting city with much heritage, a very walkable and attractive city centre, and some great art.
The historic Government Centre courtyard is (normally) freely accessible to pedestrians. Part of the same complex is the Mauritshuis museum, housing exquisite works by Rembrands, Vermeer, Potter, Hals, and many others.
Lower-key than Amsterdam with much less tourists, it's my favourite town in Holland.

We stayed one night at the hotel in room 306, which overlooks the street. Although the room overlooks the street, it is quiet, and we were not disturbed by noise. The room was impeccably clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Our bathroom had a bath, and I took the opportunity to have a bath, my first in a long time - wonderful and relaxing as we have a shower at home. With any hotel, the staff is at the front of everything, and the staff that we met, from the front of the house to others, were great ambassadors for the hotel. All were welcoming, friendly, and professional at all times. I would 100% stay at this small hotel again and recommend it to anyone who visits Den Haag; it is right in the centre and close to bus and tram routes. Shops, restaurants, and museums are all within five minutes walking distance.

The Hague is much less touristy than Amsterdam and far less industrial than Rotterdam. I fell in love with the city on my first visit and have been back twice
It's easy to get around the city, everyone speaks English and the architecture is impresive.
If I'd visited in my 20's I would have definitely considered living there permanently

what I liked most was that it was easy to walk around or take public transport, but food was very expensive. My favourite places was going to the den hagg city centre and open market. I eat their fish called Lekker bek and their soup called Erwtensoep with Broodje Kroket. I loved their chips with mayo, very nice. I will avoid to eat close to the train stations is more expensive.
Nice quaint hotel in a very sweet street in The Hague, with little shops and restaurants. I was at 11:15 PM the last one to enter the hotel and at 07:30 AM the first one to leave the hotel, so I did not suffer from the sound of creaky stairways. But since floors, ceilings and stairs are made of wood, other guests might have heard me come and go. The hotel has a nice breakfast area and sitting area. The stairs are steep and narrow.
I like mant things about Novotel Fully Renovated at the city center Dem Haag and my family have been staying several times here.
The location is very good, attached to a mall and surrounded by restaurant, a close 8 walk to centeal stadion Den Haag.
I especially enjoy the breakfast, amd the general service are quick, friendly and efficient. I would reccomend this hotel for both leisure and business trip
1. Perfect location, just several tram stops from centraal station, and then you will arrive in less than 1 minute. The surrounding feels save and quiet .As the name of the hotel tells, some embassies are indeed located at that place.
2. Best staff I’ve ever met!!!! Very helpful and polite from the very first second we arrived at the hotel, they even give us detailed travel tips for the city den Haag.
- Very friendly and helpful staff.
- Nice experience with the wheel-of-fortune (for instance to win free breakfast or some Dutch gifts).
- Very good price-quality relationship.
- Free room upgrade (corner apartment).
- Good breakfast package.
- Relatively closely located to the city center (and the railway station of The Hague HS).
- Free parking of the car or bike at the hotel garage.
Travel and gathering for groups and young people, the hotel has large public area such as bar restaurant, sport area, recreation area desk area for remote work. Direct access to public transport and Den Haag HS Station (attention: not Den Haag Centraal), markets and restaurants in direct neighborhood. Easy access to city center and beach by public transportation.
The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Breakfast was lovely.
Staying here for the 2nd time while discovering Netherlands and it was a good and pleasant experience - I recommend this hotel for sure. Everything in the room was good, especially the space and the view - amazing. The stuff was super helpful, and you know - it is far more important than some old furniture or something like that. People and relationships matter.
If you want stay in the center of The Hague, I would 100% recommend this. The hotel is very well managed, staff is responsive and friendly, super location, nice places to have breakfast and a cosy common living room, bicycles available, and a very convenient parking garage underneath (at a reasonable rate for a central location. We loved our stay.
A lovely hotel, felt very spacious both in the rooms and the general environment. The staff couldn't have been more helpful over my queries about both my bike and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the Hague. Tram to the city centre was easy although I often walked as it was a pleasant route.
The hotel is in a very nice part of The Hague. I travelled with two kids and we could easily hop on the tram to go to the beach and Madurodam. The train station in a few steps away and there are some amazing restaurants around.
Great deal! Amazing location right between city center and beachside. Easy to get there with a tram, very fast.
Nice renovated room with a balcony.
Spa is great!
