I stayed at the Heritage hotel in Dubai and I was absolutely amazed! 🌟 The service was outstanding — truly on another level. The people are just incredible: so kind, caring, and genuine. I felt completely at home, even though I was traveling. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, but what really makes this place special is the atmosphere created by the staff. They know how to surround you with warmth and hospitality. I’m so grateful to the whole team ❤️ I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to all my friends!

    Wonderous, our little daughter came with us on the night lake gondola boat..I RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE WANTING A SOECIAL MEMORY. IT WAS NOT COSTLY( BOOKED VIA KLOOK). AND OUR DAUGHTER STILL MARVELS AT ALL THE PEOPLE WAVING AT HER FROM THE PROMENADES AS SHE WENT AROUND LIKE A PRINCESS... BEAUTIFUL MEMORY THE BURJ IS JUST IN A CLASS OF ITS OWN

    The view is amazing, but the at the top experience is very badly organized. They are probably selling too many tickets for the afternoon time slots. More than 200 people were even piling up in the mall in front of the entrance when we arrived. We had a time slot for 2.30 pm for levels 124&125 and we were waiting in total 2 hours in 5 different endless rows until we were on top. Then another 30 min waiting for the lift down again - at least now with a good view... Either go early in the morning, pay for a more expensive later time slot (but this was not available in combination with Dubai Aquarium) or pay for fast access. Otherwise we cannot recommend this at all.

    Whoever said it gets lonely at the top has never been to the top of urj Khalifa. The long queue and waiting that we had to endure to get to the top of Burj Khalifa almost ruined the experience for me. Plus, once you DO get to the top, there's a mad frenzy of crowd trying to take pictures etc. and almost an equally lengthy wait to go down the elevator. Terribly exhausting (not to mention irritating) People travelling with kids/ elders be warned that this is no easy tour

    Expensive but worth doing, but I think the guide needs a different sound system, we couldn't comprehend a word he was saying! Difficult to find the entrance as the signage in the Dubai Mall is appalling.

    Dubai as our driver said is literally DO BUY. Everything is money. If you take the 124-125th floor, the cheapest you will be herded into the lift packed like sardines If you pay more for 148 th Floor and 154th you are given a Sky VIP sticker and taken in a smaller group and treated more decently. You can have coffee and cakes at the 148 and 154 th floor. The view is awe inspiring. Truly a magnificent work of engineering.

    Our visit to the Burj Khalifa was a highlight of our Dubai trip. The sheer height and breathtaking views from the top are unforgettable. The Dubai Fountain show at its base was a mesmerizing spectacle. A must-visit for anyone in Dubai.

    The location is perfect, near Dubai Mall, you can even get a room with Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa view. The hotel and the room were impeccable clean, very friendly and professional staff. Taxis are always available or easy to catch in front of the hotel. The breakfast was really good with many vegetarian options which I appreciated a lot. The hotel also provides free shuttle service to and from Kite Beach.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed here as a family of 6 and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very spacious and perfect for a group, with a beautiful Burj Khalifa view. Just a few minutes’ walk to Dubai Mall and lots of restaurants nearby, which made our stay super convenient. The host was also very friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommend this 2-bedroom apartment!

    The property is just less than 5 minutes drive to Dubai mall, our apartment had a view of burj khalifah . The breakfast at the hotel is excellent and the staff are very friendly especially Ahmed the Egyptian who was very nice in helping us to check out quickly. Good to mention. That if you are staying at the apartments you will have to have the golf cart ride to breakfast else in winter time it would be nice to walk to it.
