Front Desk Staff, Mariah was very welcoming, Toby at Concierge was very attentive to parking our car. Our room was large and beautifully laid out and beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat, staff very attentive and huge range of breakfast options, Myrna was very engaging and made us not want to leave.

Location and appartment was really good!

This apartment is conveniently located in the central area of Melbourne CBD. Bus stop is a min away from the reception and tram is about couple mins walk away. Short 10mins walk to Bourke Street Mall. Has sufficient cooking facilities and warm cozy rooms.

Location. 24HR check-in check-out. Laundry machine.

Great location, super walkable to food, transit, and sights. Breakfast was great, didn't use the pool or gym. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Location was peaceful and spacious room.

Beautiful hotel, friendly helpful staff and great location. The pool and spa are also great! I couldn't fault it and will definitely be back

Amazing staff, great location, spacious accommodation

Great check in experience, great service.

The room was fine. Nothing to complain about with a nice view. But the breakfast? My God! The best we’ve ever had.

The staff at the Adelphi were wonderful. They helped us with our luggage, serving us drinks and even got cutlery for us to eat out takeaway. My friend had a walker and they were quick to help her access the building via the service lift. The little lounge/ dining area in the ground floor was a great spot. We loved our big rooms and comfortable beds. Couldn't hear any noise from surrounding areas. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the Regent Theatre which was where we were going.

Great location and comfortable rooms with friendly staff.
