Everything is exceptional here. The staff, location and cleanliness is just perfect. Housekeeping is amazing anticipating needs and cleaning to perfection.

Probably the 3rd time I stay in One King West. I never even bother to search for somewhere else as their rooms are impeccably clean, customer service is smooth and their location is great too. Tower rooms have a lovely view of the city, sometimes peeking the CN Tower if you're lucky.

Amazing hosting and nice experience

The hotel was superb quality and that was reflected in both the reception facilities and the room itself. Everything was clean and fresh and the staff did a really good job at making my wife and I feel welcome after our long journey. The location was also fantastic, allowing us to easily connect onto all different transport from Union Station and convenient as a place to leave our bags before heading back to the airport!

The history of the building and the luxurious feeling

The location is superb! It was near two different train stations (Osgoode and St. Patrick). Also there's Starbucks nearby like a 2minute walk from the hotel. The shower and bath is shared but it's clean.

The room is small, but great if you travel alone

Amazing location with easy access to transportation, comfortable house with fun details like the master bedroom skylight and retro arcade game. Property in excellent condition.

Fantastic location! Apartment style rooms.

To date, this has been the most luxurious experience my family and I have had. The room feels like a mini-apartment and makes you feel right at home. Comfortable bed, clean sheets, and nice pillows. The bathroom is spectacular, with plenty of clean towels. There are two TVs, one in the main bedroom and another in the living room. The hotel is located in downtown Toronto and steps from everything, so we parked our car at the hotel for our entire stay and only walked to our tourist destinations. The hotel also has a laundromat with very affordable rates. If we were to visit Toronto again, we would definitely stay here.

The entire staff were welcoming, accommodating, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and affordable. They truly care about their guests and it shows.
