A lovely breakfast each morning. Amazing staff. So kind and friendly. This really is an amazing place to stay. I am a regular visitor. I have family in the area and it just works. Lesley and all the staff are just brilliant.

Lovely old pub with renovated rooms on the third floor, very comfortable with everything you need The staff were amazingly helpful, helped us with our bags and reserved a nice table for Sunday dinner for us- food was plentiful and delicious,6 cask ales made my husband very happy

Super lovely stay in a comfortable and clean room. Great food and amazing breakfast. The stuff had been very freindly.

The host refused to let me visitor in because they came late. There was a bad traffic in Manchester due to football match which we have no control over, we pleaded with him and explained the bad traffic, the host was rude and ask us to pay additional £30 which is not fair because because my visitors is only staying there for four house. I had to book another place for them. I want my full refund please

The man built everything by himself and plans to do more

All good 👍 Just need to improve the room is not soundproof, you can easily hear the walking and talking sounds when they people are outside or inside the room.

Room clean Staff friendly Quiet

Room was lovely, staff were friendly, good choice of beers. Couldn't fault it, would definitely stay here again if in Stockport

Nice location and the room was good

Host was very friendly and welcoming such a genuine guy. Great location and comfy beds

Second stay a really clean and comfortable hotel better than a chain hotel and a great breakfast included easy to get into Manchester by bus for £2 or an Uber £7

What an amazing place! What an amazing staff . So flexible and so kind . Highly recommend it

I liked the location because it is close to the local grocery shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a refrigerator. There are scenic walks close by i.e. Levenshulme waterfall.
