The hotel staffs were friendly, and the rooms were very neat, clean, and super comfortable .the matress is very good and the bedding is super clean. The air conditioner is working fine, and the toilet and bathroom were exceptionally beautiful and clean. I will definitely stay there again for my next trip. Breakfast was good too, reception Area wonderful. Everything about this hotel is 100%. 2 minutes walk to Excel London.
