Property was close to the main locations in Canterbury. When you walk up the Main Street with all the shops and restaurant maade a right turn and hotel was there. It was like a 12 minutes walk from Canterbury East station. The staff were very pleasant and breakfast was included if you wanted it. Room was very clean and comfortable.

I loved it all: the location is prime, the quality of breakfast is excellent, the "feel" in the facilities is perfect, but the best thing is the staff and service they provide. I felt welcome and even important... Love them all!

Best location , not far from Canterbury West station. The WestGate Tower and WestGate garden , the attractions are just a few walk away. The staffs are friendly and full of service minded. We had been changed the attic room to the ground floor because of the large luggages , the room is nice and wider .

Great location, just outside the old city and close to the Canterbury East train station.. Very spacious room and bath. It was very nice to have access to a kitchen to make coffee and keep snacks in the fridge. The host communicated quickly and clearly. All and all a lovely stay!

The location and view of the cathedral is absolutely breathe taking. I felt very safe as the area locks down after 9pm with 24/7 police security. The staff were friendly and helpful in every question or need we had. We stayed in the annex apartments. We loved being in a hotel but having multiple rooms and a kitchen. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from Canterbury East train station. Overall, a great stay!

Location was superb, just minutes from Canterbury East train station, and it was only a 10 minute walk, through Dane John Park to get to the city itself. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean, and spacious. The pub itself has a good range of beers, and I thoroughly recommend the chocolate brownie with ice cream!

Amazingly welcoming staff, a lovely, lively pub downstairs, a beautiful room with the greatest amenities we've seen so far during our trip (air conditioning!). Very convenient with the center of town only 10 minutes' walk away, and only a few short blocks from Canterbury East train station. The town is not too large so even walking from Canterbury West, as we did, was not difficult.
