Friendly staff , everyone was helpful. Location fantastic, lovely river Thames boozers. Locals lovely too, welcoming . Bed you sank into and quilts enveloped you . Sunday lunch delish ! Free parking, what a bonus! Absoulute gem of a find . We will be back 100%.

    The best parts about staying in this hotel were: the early access to Chessington World of Adventures, the evening access to the animal park, the wonderful kids club and the absolutely stunning view of the animals roaming in the fields (visible from the landings and the restaurants).
