Location was excellent - on the river just a walk from Vauxhall station. A walk along the riverbank the other way takes you to the Houses of Parliament The staff were very friendly and the breakfast in the dining room was excellent. Bed was very comfortable and the room was modern and clean.

Loved the location we were able to walk to many different locations including the London eye and other adventures. We were able to also navigate the taxis, subway and buses . We had so many fun trips. The staff were so very helpful they helped us find our way around and made great suggestions. Rooms were cleaned daily and we really appreciated it. Will definitely recommend to everyone!!! Thank you!!

Excellent location! Close to bus stops and tube station, walking distance to Big Ben and other attractions. Bed was comfortable, it was very clean, gentle and helpful staff. Great option to leave our luggage ce before check in and after check out.

The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. The location is very convenient, situated about 20 minutes from the city center in both the north and south directions, making it easy to get around. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help with any requests. I also appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel, which felt welcoming and relaxing. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back again.

Hotel exactly as in the photos, good room, spacious bathroom. Breakfast with tons of options (love it). It's not that close to downtown, but there's a bus stop with lots of bus lines, so it's easy to get around. Staff helpful with questions.

Friendly and helpful staff - they were very cooperative when we complained about the room temperature. Good location - 6 mins walk from the metro and 15 mins walk to Big Ben.

Everything was great with our stay! We checked in online, the room was clean, the heat/AC was perfect in the room, and the location for what we were doing while in London was great.

It was a really clean hotel the room was very spacios and comfortable bed. The staff was really nice. The hotel is really close to Waterloo Station which makes moving around London fairly easy.
