A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hapimag Resort Edinburgh, and I must say, the experience was outstanding from start to finish. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always ready to assist with any request, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The common areas were equally impressive, with a serene ambiance that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Comfort is another area where the Hapimag Resort Edinburgh truly excels. Every detail, from the quality of the bedding to the layout of the room, has been carefully considered to create an inviting and restful environment. I felt completely at ease throughout my stay, which is exactly what I look for in a hotel. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at the Hapimag Resort Edinburgh. The staff, facilities and comfort were all exceptional, with the staff being the highlight of my stay. I had the most interaction with staff member Raul. He is a great person and his attention and service put my Edinburgh experience over the top. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Comfort, food, bar, staff, room, ambient,... Everything was pristine! It is one of the most magical palaces to stay!

It’s a great spot in Edinburgh. Beautiful modern new build - very good value. Nespresso, fridge and microwave in room. Would definitely stay here again

Great location, so close to everything in downtown Edinburgh. We had an amazing small apartment with plenty of room and beautiful decor. Lovely, clean, stylish. Just perfect! Associated restaurants were also fantastic. Definitely recommend. Staff were outstanding! Very kind and helpful.

Great location, nice rooms, nice staff.

Room was nicely upgraded, very clean, & the TV coming out of the end of the bed was a nice touch. Great little bar attached, we noticed that all the tables were reserved so must be good food. We were meeting friends elsewhere.
