The property was a well appointed boutique-like hotel. The rooms were small, but very clean and had all the amenities needed for a successful stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, caring, and attentive. Simon helped us with transportation details and ticket purchases in London. Carolina was warm and helpful as well. It felt as though we were leaving friends upon departure

All the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ash and Zack. I needed help when my girlfriend caught a bug and Ash and Zach were on hand to help with everything. You have two special guys there!
