The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment but this didn't impact the stay other than no indoor pool (which we knew about beforehand). The outdoor pool was still open and was warm. The facilities, bar, restaurant and location were fantastic and we would definitely return.

Polzeath Beach House is a new contemporary Boutique Hotel, opened in 2020. Overlooking Polzeath Beach, it is a 2-minute walk down to the sea and large sandy beach.

Everything was amazing. We loved the location, the food, and accommodations were wonderfully comfortable and very modern. We only wish we had more than one night's stay. We would love to return.
