The hotel was fresh, modern, spotlessly clean, smelt nice and had decent sized room and huge bathroom Very comfortable bed and pillows with great quilt too Afternoon tea in Madelienes was delightful, comfortable seating, lovely food and well presented Probably the tastiest Full English Breakfast I've ever had in a hotel

I love the location, very close to the train station, also really close to the Bullring. The mall was very walkable as well, there were historic museums in the area that was walkable. The rooms were clean and modern . Breakfast was amazing.
