The downstairs pub and restaurant Has been recently refurbished and had only just reopened

Walking path was nice, rooms clean, food was great

Very clean and very good service from the staff. From checking in to those working in the bar in the evening to those that serve breakfast. We didn’t have an evening meal as we went out but it’s a very good experience.

The house is a stunning building, set in beautiful grounds, lit at night and looking like a fairy castle. The person manning the reception was very welcoming and friendly and went out of her way to make our stay a pleasant one.

Everything. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect if I had any complaint it was that I didn't find my bed comfortable, but everyone is different.
