Hotels near Tower Gateway, London

Everything. Was surprised their room service team is quite nice people. I was there during Christmas period and I know how much they are busy but their service was almost all the time up and running. Daily room cleaning is pleasant. The in room layout and amenities and bathrooms are all make sense. Dishwasher and washing machine+dryer is convenient because I stayed there for 9 days and I ordered deliveries time to time. In room they provided Sparkling water and still water too.. daily walker cookies are replenished and they are delicious. the bathroom is good space. Oh my god, the location is the best. You won’t regret it.

Location, Location, Location. Easy walk to some of London's best sights. Next to the underground station for easy transport. New, modern, staff were amazing. Loved everything about this hotel.

Customer service, location and cleaniness.

Price / value is outstanding. Excellent for sleepovers.

The manager was so helpful and friendly. The room was fine in amenities. I liked that the manager gives tour for people and makes them familiar with all what they need for the stay

The staff was really kind and helpful. They were asking us if we wanted to get our room cleaned and new towels, which was really kind of them. We had a refrigerator in our room which was a kind surprise. The hotel has a great location. The tube station is a minute walk from the hotel and with the lines that go there you can sightsee everything you want.

Very clean and inviting upon entering and the room was so cozy and clean as well. The dimming lights were nice and it was perfect for a quick stay. Stored our baggage for the day as well.

Loved Efe and his kind welcome and attention to detail and follow up.

We loved the location, large rooms, and value of the hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The locations, close to everything, the staff… especially the receptionist Anika, she was super friendly and professional.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful.

We had a great stay! The location was excellent, with the tube station nearby, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The studio was comfortable, convenient, spacious, and we would happily stay there again if we have plans in this area in the future.
