Upon arrival, we were checked in by Fiona who was very welcoming, efficient and kindly changed our room to one which was more easily accessible to my husband who had hurt his back falling on the ice. She couldn't have been more helpful. All the staff were smiling. We had lunch in the restaurant which was delicious. Very large comfortable room.

    Friendly house manager, good size room, looked and smelled clean, 20 min walk to Villa Park. Note, it's a shared bathroom, which might not suit some people, but it was perfect for our purposes.

    the staff were very helpful, the whole place was very clean, the room, the bar area and even the outside area, Even the toilets in the bar area, The breakfast was very reasonable in price, even though they said none from Monday to Thursday, they still laid on the full breakfast on Tuesday morning. i could not fault the place, they went the extra mile for the guests, also the location was ideal for the GNR gig at Villa park

    Booked to go to a Villa game! Easy parking at spot next door (£5 for 24 hours when stamped by hotel). Easy walk to train station to get to Villa park. Nice apartment, great breakfast made by a lovely lady who supported Birmingham! Happy customers! Thank you

    We had a lovely stay here, we travelled to watch a concert at Villa Park and the location was great, we were able to get Ubers to and from the venue no problem. The property was clean and had everything we needed, the extras left for tea/coffee and breakfast were very much appreciated, thank you ☺️

    The location is very good, not far away from the city center (about 15 mins by bus and 30 mins walking) and also close to Aston Villa's stadium (Villa Park). The check in and out is convenient. The kitchen is well equipped. The room is quite spacious and had a sofa as well as a couple of tables, one of them had a mirror on it.
