    The hotel is near to the subway station which takes you everywhere. The staff is super nice, fast responding and always ready to help. I even asked for an earlier check in and they were kind enough to help me with that as well. I had some trouble finding my way out in Shinjuku station and the staff called me to let them know if I managed to get to the hotel safe and sound. So nice! I would definitely recommend staying here.

    The location is great! In the kabukicho area near lots of restaurants, entertainment, nightlife, etc. Also very close to Shinjuku station which has many subway and local train lines to connect anywhere in the Tokyo area. Always easy to find… just look for Godzilla! The rooms are small but nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is also a taxi stand behind the hotel if you don’t want to take public transit.

    Location was better than expected. I was worried about Shinjuku station being a maze, but the hotel is close to Yoyogi station for the subway as well and a bunch of JR lines end up at the south side of the station making things a breeze.

    The location is great, the closest station is Akobonobashi, two stops from Shinjuku station. The apartment has a kitchenette which helped us prepare quick meals, and the washing machine was a super addition to the value. The water heater had a problem on the first day but the host fixed it pretty quickly. It’s a sufficient accommodation for two people, and a very good value in Tokyo.

    I stay here ever time I visit Tokyo because of the location. The room is small but clean. But it’s reasonably priced and can’t beat the location. It’s only 7 minute walk to the Shinjuku Station and also there is an underground path to avoid the weather issues. Another good point about the hotel is the airport limousine stops at the hotel. That’s a huge plus for me. Very convenient! Many restaurants and two convenient stores inside the hotel.

    The Knot Hotel exceeded my expectation. The breakfast is excellent, the music is always on and very good in the right volume; the ground-floor restaurant is very good. Good location, about 20 minutes walking from Shinjuku station. Across the street from a gorgeous park.
