Marta Relvas is the Guest Services Manager, and she went out of her way to accommodate our particular situation and she did it graciously. Her staff is very good as Marta leads by example, not by dictating. Stellar... The hotel is kept clean and organized. If Marta ever wants a job, I would hire her in a second.

I love everything in this hotel, staff were very attentive, kind and warm. This is a new hotel so the facilities are in perfect state, the hotel has a very nice interior and smells fresh, the rooms are elegant, clean and spacious , the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is so chic. The heated infinity pool is a bonus with a nice view of the city. Staff in the restaurant (breakfast) are exceptionally attentive and I love that they serve freshly squeezed orange juices. We also appreciate the hotel's gesture of sending us a bottle of champagne and a cake to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary.

At first, we were a bit nervous about booking this hotel because there were no reviews. After we read online that the hotel only opened last month, we understood why there were still no reviews - and we decided to give it a try. And we are so happy with our decision! The hotel is in the BEST location. you're literally on Santa Catarina street, which is the most fun and entertaining area for tourists. All the known shops and small local stores, shopping malls and bars. A lot of people traveling the area. Also, it is SUPER close to all the more historical attractions. As I said, the hotel is brand new so everything is clean and new. The staff is very friendly, especially Pedro at the reception who was very kind. The breakfast is sufficient and tasty. The atmosphere in the hotel is more intimate and boutique-like. It's not the biggest or the fanciest hotel - but it's just what you need, and it's the best.
