service was great! we arrived at an earlier check in time and they accomodated us without any problem. Walking distance to Brooklyn bridge and to amazing restaurants.

Location to Barclay Center was great! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

The location, and the staff was very friendly

The rooms are very nice The person that checked me in was great great customer service by far. One of the best stays I had in New York.

Enviornment is clean, staff is professional. I enjoyed my stay.

Friendly, clean, nice size room.

The decor was beautiful , the staff were friendly and the view was amazing!

Perfect location for where we wanted (we travelled over to take part in the Parkrun) It was lovely to be away from the busy streets yet still lots going on, just a bit quieter which was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful, we had a slight issue with the lift but it was sorted straight away. Great hotel.

So clean, so comfortable, an amazing location. A quiet, awesome , sleepy hollow in Brooklyn.

Great neighborhood to stay, the staff is there 24/7 and they are nice, the room is warm

101 Hotel is my favorite place to stay in New York City! The hotel is spotless, the beautiful hardwood floors make everything feel fresh and modern, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the internet is lightning fast. What truly makes this place special is the genuinely kind and welcoming staff, who made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I cannot recommend 101 Hotel enough and will definitely be staying here again!

People was very friendly rooms very clean and lots of stores in the area

Efficient and helpful personnel, particularly room maids.

The location of the hotel is great. We loved how close it was to amenities in the city, especially food and shopping options.

The breakfast was excellent, esp the fact that they offer fruits. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was thorough

From check in to check out the stay at Ace was great. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful with requests. Room was comfortable with a bigger bathroom than expected. Used the small gym which has the basics but enough for a good workout. There are water filling stations in the hotel, not sure if they are on all floors and used the one on floor 5. Conveniently located within walking distance to Barclays Center for event. Great location with shopping, restaurants, and subway located almost directly across from hotel. Breakfast options were available and quite delicious. Would certainly stay again when next in Brooklyn.

It was not too much and just right for the night I needed it for. Will definitely visit again!!

It was great everything smells clean from the lobby to the room. The room have great space and the bathroom, bed very comfortable.

Great hotel for the price. The breakfasts were solid, and the location was really convenient — just a 10-minute walk from several New York subway lines. If you’re in New York for a couple of days, I’d definitely recommend it. It’s a good value and makes it easy to get pretty much anywhere in Manhattan in about 35 minutes.
