United KingdomOur room was a comfortable size for my daughter and I and was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. We had water bottles in our room that were replaced every day, a nespresso machine with biscuits and we had welcome snacks. All the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The location is very convenient. I would stay here again. We had a fantastic stay.

IsraelEverything , the location is great, though it is not at the center (times square) we rather liked it. Rooms clean and quiet, lots of places to eat nearby. The staff and manager were so nice and helpful . Rooftop is nice bonus as well ....

It was very interesting.
It was very interesting. There is a 30 minute film to watch, but we were running out of time to catch the last ferry, so had to miss it. The exhibits were very thought provoking, and it was inside, so it didn't matter that it was stormy outside.Guest review byVanessaUnited Kingdom

Location was great as we were going to Liberty Park to go to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Easy walk to restaurants and loved the outdoor area to view skyline.
