A comfortable and clean hotel positioned practically on Hauptbahnhof. The personnel are practically all local and very polite and helpful, they speak a decent level of English. The hotel has all you need-from gym to wellness with a sauna. Breakfast is nice.

The location is perfect, walking distance from/to the train station and city center. The room is very spacious, everything is new and modern. The staff was nice and efficient. The views from the room and the restaurant where the breakfast is served are wonderful. Everything perfect.

I borrow a knife at the reception desk, when check out, I am too busy to back it to the hotel. I am sorrry for that.

The view is stunning and the room is real cozy yet clean and well-set, perfect for a quick-long getaway in St Moritz. The hotel also has shuttle van to/from the train station and cable car station. The staff is VERY nice in every department. We also tried the hotel’s restaurant, very impressive for both the service and food. No negative comment can be given to this hotel at all. Wish to stay there longer next time !

Oh again in Montreux and of course in Eurotel, there is no other hotel I'd like to stay. Fantastic location, perfect view from your room. Very nice and helpful staff especially a lady who was at the reception on our arrival. This time we came a little bit late directly from Val Thorens after skiing but She said that we can go to the sauna to relax after skiing day and journey. Thank you so much it was great. Hotel, which is my age, is still renovated and this time restaurant where usually we had breakfast was closed for renovation. So it was no impressive view on lake and Alps having breakfast, but breakfast was organized in one of the conference hall and everything was perfect as usual. Service , food, and ambiance. A wonderful place, located 10 minutes from the train station in the center of the old town, the price is quite low for Switzerland, excellent value for money, beautiful views of the mountains and the landscape, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Great location, clean, great value for money, rooms were quite big. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The beds were also super comfortable.
