BEAUTIFUL hotel , Restaurant, And rooms. Great food amazing Breakfast

My daughter and I really like this place. For me and my daughter, it is comfortable and friendly. The reception is clean. I No room needed clean 1 day but the cleaning staff asked me if I wanted to change the towels.If we have the chance, we will go here again because we were very impressed.

Perfect location, Hotel and annexes are renovated and very clean. Every room has AC and fridge, its big plus. We were guests last year before renovation and now it is totally different and much better. Food is very delicious, restaurant and hotel staff is very friendly and professional. Perfect place if you are looking for peace, relaxing atmosphere and pure untouched nature far from concrete buildings and urban areas. Im glad that this Hotel is still here and renovated. We booked two more stays this year. I highly recommend Alemaris resort.

Location and view are perfect. Pool and access to the beach as well as restaurants proximity are great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really excellent. They have parking at a fee but we'll worthed VS city parking trouble and fines. Room size is ok for 2 people.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and the lady making eggs and pancakes was very nice and friendly. Helped me to figure a couple things out. Should should be given a raise. The hours breakfast was served was perfect. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful and the staff parking cars was very efficient.

The staff were great and very helpful. They constantly suggested what to do and where to visit. They had a major impact on our enjoyable visit to Albania despite having difficulties.

Excellent views of Tivat and the bay. The suite was large and very modern and had air conditioning which was great. The staff was very courteous and very helpful. The views of the bay from the restaurant on the top floor were breathtaking especially in the evening.. food was great too!

Variety of food.Excellent and polite and helpful staff from reception,cleaning ladies to guys at the pool restaurant. Charging stations for electric cars included in the price of hotel parking. Cheap food prices at the pool. Big thank for Luka at reception who called me that my car lights were on. It would be a big surprise in the morning.

I liked dinner and breakfast. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The customer service was excellent at the property. It was very child friendly, and gave a little treat for a pet staying. The breakfast spread was very good and had drip coffee.

My opinion about the hotel is that it is wonderful by all standards. I wanted to cancel the reservation several times because of the bad comments. I was afraid because I have children, but some of what they said is true, but I did not find the rest. The beds are reserved by the pool in the morning, although there is a sign everywhere saying that it is forbidden before 9 o'clock, but you will definitely find a place with plenty of beds. The issue of glasses depends on the person, 90% of them use cardboard cups, few use glass, and they provide a small bottle of conditioner. As for me, I brought my own conditioner. The rooms are cleaned daily and you can ask for anything you need that you do not have. The sea is outside the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by an iron fence, you have to use the room card to exit and enter. There is a small street for one car. After you cross it, you will be in the sea. Renting a bed with an umbrella and a mattress is 14 euros per day. The food is very varied, you will find at least one type of dishes that you like. Every day there is chicken, fish, and pork. We had breakfast and lunch because we wanted to visit the city of Dubrovnik after lunch. You can take the boat near the hotel for 15 euros for an adult and half the price for a child. Inside the hotel there is an office for boat reservations, another shop to buy souvenirs and some snacks, beach equipment such as shoes, towels, etc., and also shampoos. There is a cavtat near the hotel that you can reach in 10 minutes by walking next to the sea. There is also an indoor pool that we used on a rainy day. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful to the extreme. The view from the room is breathtaking. It is a family hotel par excellence, and we will definitely come again.

It was recently renovated in Spring 2026. The room was clean and it had a nice balcony. The wellness area was clean and spacious. It had a large pool, jacuzzi, kids’ pool and three different saunas. There was also an outside pool in the other side of the road (next the beach) but it wasn’t yet open in May. Breakfast had many options from porridges to eggs and bread. The staff was friendly.

We visited as a family with our 2 years old child, we all had a great time. We had a room with garden view and it was rather a room with a view at the bay, we liked it. It really is an outsatanding place, you really have everything in one place, like you can chill by the pool or go diving/on a boat tour on the bay and there are beaches literally all over the place. The restaurants are nice and nothing was ever crowded or full. The staff was nice, the room very comfy with lots of space to pack your things. We only had breakfast but it was worth every cents.

Absolutely perfect staff !! receptionists I talked to ... , staff in the restaurant ... , cleaning service ... every single person I met was friendly and helpful. This is not always a standard also in other 4* hotels, especially during high season and fully booked hotel. What else ? we missed the dinner first evening (as we arrived too late), the dinner was waiting for us prepared in our room ! without asking/ordering in advance. Absolutely quiet location in the night, after 22:30 you can hear waves from the sea also in rooms oriented to the pool. No noise from other guests, no shouting & laughing from the bar ... The hotel was full of families with children (including mine) and the night was really quiet every time - I was surprised - we could sleep with window open although our room was oriented to the pool. Hotel was fully booked but there were no queues in restaurant, neither morning nor lunch or dinner, as mentioned already, the staff did a great job. Food was very good and tasty, with so many choices of cold and warm kitchen, fresh fruits and vegetables. Nothing was missing even if we came 15 minutes before closing ! We also very much enjoyed Croatian water melons, they were just great. Big plus is also an option to eat on big and spacious terrace (if it's not too hot), close to promenade. Room was pretty small and simple furnished, but clean and practical. However the stay in this hotel was not about the room, but rather about the service and the food and the sea of course ...
