Resorts in Chicago

Very good location, very good price, nice and helpful stuff.

I really liked the room, it was a little cold but it was ok. I really liked the bed, the pillows were exceptional and the location was amazing. I would go back anytime, it was close to everything, very accesible.

Comfy bed, clean room and great location. The bus stop is right outside, and the hotel is close to a Whole Foods and Walgreens. We enjoyed the balcony and the city view

If you plan to stay downtown, Location is perfect!!

Clean and near everything. Room has everything you would need as a tourist.

The speakeasy was great pricy but awesome - Bernards 10/10! Cleanliness, loved the fireplace in the room! Complimentary hot chocolate and apple cider was an extra bonus as well after a freezing day!

Beautiful spacious rooms awesome views

I loved the location! The property was not even a one minute walk away from Loyola Beach and Park.It was also very spacious and clean and cozy.

Firstly I loved the ambience of the hotel itself. The room definitely met my expectations and the view was amazing especially at night. The location is definitely a great one. The breakfast had a great variety to choose from which was perfect. The staff was always willing to assist in any way they can. Definitely will return, 10/10 would recommend

We went to the Bears game and was a great location and so much to do around this area!

Fantastic customer experience. The place is in a great location in River North and the room was spacious.

Location fantastic. Staff make this hotel a real pleasure. The reception staff were amazing. So very helpful with a mistake on my booking.com reservation. However I will take this up with booking.com The staff at breakfast Javier and Fanny were top top class in their commitment to providing a quality service with limited resources. Breakfast was adequate but their hospitality was immeasurable.

I like the view and the cleanness.

The staff was amazing and the location couldn’t be anymore perfect

Everything was absolutely perfect.

NA and we had a wonderful time

We love the location, really near a lot of great stores and subway. The room was clean and comfortable.

My favorite hotel in downtown Chicago.

The room was spacious and has a kitchen. It was very close to attractions and restaurants.

The hotel is as beautiful inside as it is outside. The wood paneling, carved arches and alcove overhangs, and the lead glass windows are spectacular. There are fireplaces with inglenooks, Persian rugs on the floor, and window seats along the windows in the lobby. Our kingsize bed was comfortable and we enjoyed having a couch. two settees, and a chaise lounge. The huge bathroom was appreciated as were the slippers provided. Watching the snow storm from the cosy inside was a real treat.

Incredible facilities and food!!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and used the gym, pool, tennis courts and did multiple classes. We have 4 teenage daughters and it was all of our favourite places we have stayed in our lives.

Rooms were comfortable. Cozy feel to them. Bed was amazing! Slept like royalty! We enjoyed having breakfast. Customer service was great. Staff were friendly.

Great host and excellent communication. Beautiful apartment with good amenities. Separate entrance to a well appointed apartment in a beautiful neighborhood in Chicago! Easy access to public transportation, a local grocery store. Would highly recommend!!

I always stay here when I visit. I just love the home the neighbors and the neighborhood
