Friendly and helpful staff at both check in and at breakfast in the morning. Single room was quite small, but clean, with a comfortable bed, decent WiFi and a nice, modern ensuite. Stayed on a really hot night, but an open window and a decent fan kept the room bearable, (certainly no worse than it would have been at home.). Breakfast in the morning was both plentiful and good quality - much better than I was expecting. Overall a really good value overnight stay.

The location is wonderfull, very close to multiple metrolines, 3 minutes walk from Hyde Park and also the street itself was really cosy. There was an extremely good connection to different areas of London. Staff was always friendly, the room was really clean. The days that I was in London were quite warm so I really enjoyed the good working airco. I would definitely re-consider the hotel.

A beautiful building with wonderful gardens. Dog friendly too. Amazing staff who will go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Dinner is highly recommended, and breakfast too! This is our second visit, we stayed in the Shepherds Hut this time. It was really well equipped, very comfortable bed, en suite, with a private garden area. We will be back.

Great communication from the beginning, the house is comfortable. A comfortable bed. The kitchen was soo well equipped. Bottled water in the fridge was a great touch. The owner left a fan on to cool the loving room as it was one of the hottest days of the year. Great location and very easy to get parked right outside!

Beautiful, unique place. Hospitality at the highest level. Coffee, tea, bathrobes, cosmetics provided. Milk, bread, butter, eggs on arrival. Your own hot tub in the middle of nature and peace is something I recommend to everyone. 10/10

The location was very central and close to everything. The room looked modern. Key collection was easy.

It advertises free parking/on site parking, this is a lie. There is no street parking or any parking around this property, except some disabled parking. Before the stay I messaged the host about parking and they failed to mention there was none. Also the room was dirty. Hairs in the bed sheets, very dusty blinds and food in the rug. The location was on a high street and was very noisy at night and the room was very hot too, so the sleep was not good.

the bathroom was kind of nice but that was mainly it. There’s nothing else that’s likeable about this property.

From the walk in you could tell the property wasn’t good. There’s nothing else was no furniture but a single mini draw and a mini fridge with a microwave on top of it. The ceiling was peeling off and the place felt overall dirty. The room wasn’t impressive either, there was stains on the bed and dust on the cabinet near it. The windows felt dirty to touch as well. Now the bathroom was nice, it was small but manageable except from the few stains on the mirror.
