Great location, we were meeting friends in Richmond and it was only a 15 mins car journey. Apartment was well decorated and had all the facilities needed. We only stayed for a night but everything was there for a few nights if needed. Communication from the management was exceptional through the whole process.

A wonderful, relaxing, comfortable, spacious place to stay. Beautiful grounds and area to stay. Spotlessly clean, excellent shower. Next to no phone coverage but excellent wifi. It has everything you could need. I highly recommend this place.

- Clean hotel - nice and quiet residence area - taxis are quite cheap - two nice pubs and one nive wine place wihtin 10 min. waltking distance. If you are hungry after 10pm there is one chinese street food place

- We knew about the location when we made our reservation, not within walking distance to city center. - A bus stop is quite close, but some busses did not run according to shedules - The bed was really small for two people; definitely not kingsize, most likely not queensize - very small bathroom; we had to shut the door when showering - otherwise the fire alarm might have gone off (warning sign). - The light available in the room is not enough for reading in bed

Good breakfast, parking available and location is convenient and easy to get too. Lovely old building, but definitely in need of a lick of paint and an upgrade.

The girl at reception seriously needs to work on her people skills. Every question asked seemed to be a nuisance and you are made to feel like you - the paying customer - is being done a favour. Also not happy that the property doesn't take cash. It is legal tender and hotel policy does not supersede monetary law. Get a grip!

Property was tired/run down and in need of attention.... not as described on webpages , and photos do not reflect the furnishings in the property . We complained about several aspects, ( cleanliness,broken equipment, safety issues - see attached photos) The owner agreed with all of our points ,and promised to update and make the necessary repairs etc. He asked what they could do to make amends ....We requested compensation and surprise, surprise !!!! Radio silence 🤔
