Really lovely hotel right in the centre of Broadstairs, 2 minutes walk from the seafront and restaurants. The host was lovely with great communication. There was parking on site. Worth mentioning that our room didn’t have a window which was fine for one night (we were in the cheapest one so maybe the others do). They made up for this with great decorating of the room, good lighting, mirrors, air con and an extractor fan. We also really appreciated the coffee machine and water provided, lovely touches that you don’t see very often. Considering the amazing location I think the price was very fair and I’d definitely stay here again. We had a great stay.

We liked everything! Starting with the location - tucked away privately yet close to town and very quiet. The hosts were lovely and welcoming. The en-suite room was immaculate and tastefully furnished and the bed very comfy. We had 2 brilliant night's sleep. And last but certainly not least, the breakfast! Very generous delicious portions. One of us is coeliac so we had mentioned this when we booked. Evan, our host, had no problem in accommodating it.

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, all of the staff were very pleasant and friendly. The hotel was very well located on the front, a short walk from the town centre.

The lift was possibly the slowest lift I've ever been in....quicker to walk down the stairs.

Really trendy, tidy property. Bathroom and bedrooms were spacious especially the master. Large kitchen which was pretty well equipped! Communication with the host was great!

Only bugbear was the glass panes in the windows, felt less private especially when sharing amongst friends but, it wasn’t the end of the world!

The location was beautiful, quite remote and perfect for a romantic break.

The plumbing in the replacement room was faulty and the toilet kept backing up with foul smell.
