- Everything you needed in room e.g. sofa, fridge, kettle - Communal kitchen and lounge looked nice although we didn't use during our stay - Breakfast items in room is a nice thought - Convenient location for where we wanted to be, and around 25 mins from centre of city - Reasonable price, hence forgiving score despite issues detailed - Easy check in

- Although overall clean, some things were overlooked e.g. there were false eyelashes on the bedside table, bedding had burn holes and hair in bed - Blinds do not block out light so sleep mask needed - Road noise is very loud even with earplugs and windows shut, so hard to not be disturbed while sleeping - Room was chilly and duvet thin

The wee lodges were stunning, with great facilities available at the centre and nicely appointed accommodation - which feel spacious considering their size. The hot tub was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful we had a wonderful time. The breakfast was delicious. We’ll worth it to spend time relaxing.

The breakfast were really great, it’s important to start your day with a good meal. The architecture itself is still amazing to me after a week staying, and they have a great common area with lots of sofa which definitely can easily meet someone new there.

14 people in a room is definitely too much to me, especially the night on 5/2, a rude old man slept below me, who was totally disrespectful. I was chilling on my bed with the lights on, listening to music minding my own business. He probably thought it was too bright and may have casually asked me to turn off the lights, but I couldn't hear him with my headphones on. He then went crazy, lightly kicking my bed and sneakily unplugging my bedside lamp. At that moment, I thought, 'What the heck,' so I took off my headphones. He kicked the bed hard again, almost sending me flying and causing a lot of dust. I even thought it was accidental. Finally, he said again, 'It's 11:30 now, the world has turned off the lights...' I finally realized he wanted me to turn off the lights. Gosh, I was so annoyed, and really had a bad experience.

Newly renovated, clean and exceptional staff. Our room was tiny, but the last one left and well designed for the space available.

Once the lifts are up and running there is nothing to fault- although staff are more than willing to help with bags anyway.
