This place is a stone’s throw away from the harbor/beach, and through the living room window, you can see it. Also, the town center is within easy walking distance, where we found a nice place for breakfast called Annie and The Flint. The property is located in a quiet area, which made for a good night’s sleep, and the bedrooms were spacious, light, and airy. Additionally, the bathroom and kitchen were well-equipped. The host was very responsive to my calls and messages and had a guide with all the relevant information, which we found helpful the next day! We would definitely stay here again!

Charlie and Aakash were really wonderful this morning when they served us our rather nice cooked breakfast. The coffee was good and so was the orange juice. The bed was comfortable and the room was well laid out, having two mirrors was very handy. I liked the car park, plenty of space, I rang the hotel direct and was told I could have a ground floor room, breakfast at 9.30 am, no problem BUT I had to book online which I did. I received confirmation by email that I would be getting a ground floor room , very reassuring.

Waiting quarter of an hour to get registered after a long journey to get to the hotel. I had informed reception that we would be arriving between 6 and 7 p.m, we arrived 6.50 pm. The booking not being found quickly .Not given a ground floor room as requested, told that breakfast was between 7 and 8 a.m.!!! The gentleman on duty seemed overwhelmed but he was helpful and very polite. He told us that we could have breakfast at 9.30 am. We stayed in room 201, which was VERY noisy, extractor fans or heating system plus the lift. We got very little sleep and will certainly never stay at this hotel ever again. Such a shame when we met such super staff who seemed over worked. Please get someone to answer the phone!

The hotel is in a great location, we love exploring Shoreditch and Liverpool Street. The room was really clean and spacious, with the comfiest bed ever. We used the pool during our stay and had cocktails in the hotel bar which we loved.

Everything was great, although a smart TV in the room would have made it better. We like to watch YouTube and unfortunately this was not possible during our stay.

no facilities to eat and was not informed of this before arriving at the hotel so we had to spend a lot of money to have a very disappointing meal at a cafe nero. room was VERY small for the amount we paid.
