Lovely staff, very helpful. Beautiful room with a very comfy bed. Bar area was lovely and the espresso martini was delicious! Good choice for breakfast which can be taken in your room which was very relaxing. The hotel is perfectly situated, so close to everything and it smelt amazing!

Only a small thing, the bar really was a nice area to sit and watch the world go by but on a few occasions it wasn’t open. Admittedly we were staying Sunday - Thursday so not very busy but on a couple of days after a full day of sightseeing it would have been nice to have had a drink back at the hotel.

Rooms were lovely and clean, well decorated and so were the shower facilities. Perfect for the wedding we attended at Newton Hall

Clean and tidy. Value for money. If you need luxury, pay luxury prices elsewhere. Cheap and cheerful.

Beds are noisy. Cooking trays and pans need renewing

Kwaliteit van de klantenservice/receptie. It was our family's first trip to England. But from the first day we felt very dissappointed. We felt uncomfortable due to the unfriendly/unprofessional reception staff. We noticed that there was a bus stop in front of the hotel. When checking in, we asked the receptionist(man) a few questions. 1. Does the bus stop in front of the hotel go to the airport? How many buses leave from here a day? He's response: "The bus goes to the airport. the bus schedule are search on Google. You can find it." 2. Are there any tourist spots or things to see in Luton or the area? He's response: " search on Google. You can find it." 3.Is there a supermarket nearby? He's response: " not arround here. search on Google. You can find it." There were no other customers at the reception other than us. All responses were, "Google it yourself." he is very unfriendly. Like pushing us away. Very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable from the first day. We felt that his attitude towards us was a bit discriminatory. The hotel's food, room, service, were good, but his behavior at the beginning made me feel uncomfortable and have bad memories in here .the bad memories remained in my mind more strongly. Considering the star-rating of the hotel, I think his response is very unprofessional. Reception is an important part of a hotel. Receptionists should be kind to everyone. We want fair hotels that are free from racism and disrespect for women. Even if you're not wearing a suit or dress, or even casual clothes for traveling. We expect fair customer service.

The room was tiny - not enough space for 3 people. Average quality breakfast. The facilities need renovation. The AC was very loud the whole night. Not possible to turn it off. It stopped in the morning.
