A lovely laid out flat in a great location only 25min on the bus from the west end. The flat is fully kitted out to be self catering if you wanted it to, with a nice outdoor space. Michael was a welcoming host making sure everything was in order. Good communication when dropping off extra towels. It had off street parking which is so rare in London and was one of the reasons we booked. But the whole flat, location and hosts made it a fab stay. Probably shouldn't be too enthusiastic as might not be able to book in the future but would happily return again. It is a great location with the bus stop right outside to easily go to the Southbank, West End, Tate. Ps the photo do justice to the space so there was no need for us to take any.

We thought this was a real gem with friendly staff, a warm welcome, spacious room and bathroom and an excellent location, just a short walk from the town centre. The possibility of parking on site was particularly handy. The bar area was comfortable and quiet with a good range of beers and other drinks and the freshly cooked breakfast was much appreciated.

The place was perfect. I could not fault it in any way. The host was very friendly and informative. The facilities were excellent, especially the little touches such as a fridge and extra tea/coffee etc if you wanted. The rooms were very large, with beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean and tidy. A home from home.

The room was very comfortable, provided tea and coffee and biscuits was great and a nice touch. There is a mini fridge which I always appreciate in hotel room. The hotel is nice and relaxing.

Our room had a view onto the car park, which felt overlooked. Limited dining options at the hotel, even the bar menu is expensive and was not great.

The location is great. A lovely Cotswold village, close to Stratford-upon-Avon. The building is characterful.

Whilst the bedding and towels were clean, the rest of the room and ensuite was not. It didn't appear to have been dusted and cleaned for sometime with the bathroom and shower particularly in need of attention. The shower hose was covered in black mould and floor edges had little black pieces similar to mouse droppings. Flat surfaces in the bedroom were dusty and the cups were dirty. Accepting it is a pub with accommodation, nevertheless, I would have expected the music down stairs to have been stopped way before midnight. The acoustics of the old building meant you had no chance of going to sleep before the music was finally shut down just after midnight. The whole place had a run down feel to it with just two overworked staff dealing with everything including operating the bar and kitchen. Such a shame because the place appears to have bags of potential..
