The hotel is located in a very nice area. Close to train station and bus stations. Also 20-30 minutes walk from the British Museum.

Booked a small break for me and my family and as soon as we arrived at the caravan we realised there is no parking outside like advertised. In fact the parking is a good walk away from the caravan. Walked in and instantly got a pungent smell of damp and dog so had to open all the windows and spray air freshener. Hot taps and shower did not seem to work half of the time and all in all it just seemed to be very old and rickety. Wasn’t expecting the ritz but on a hole very disappointing. Either way enjoyed the location and site very much and will be visiting again.. the biggest shock for us is that we paid a £100 deposit which a week later we have still not received and now are being accused of breaking things which we are absolutely certain we know we didn’t .. my advise is DO NOT STOP HERE and fall for the same con that we have fallen for . Currently going through booking.com to get out deposit back .

The hotel felt tired. Breakfast was very loud, with children running about and lying on the floor. (Surely, this is not good with people carrying hot drinks!). Some people had to wait a while for tables while part of the restaurant was roped off.

Overflowing bins, smelt and garden unfit for use. TV and wifi not working as no signal, rang host who was on way to London, said she would send someone but didn't. No handle on downstairs toilet so couldn't open door. Steep stairs to upstairs bathroom with no handrail. No on site parking contrary to claim on website. Couldn't use oven which was greasy and switch inaccessible to me as low down at back of cupboard. Not suitable for anyone with mobility problem.
