We had the pleasure of spending a day at this resort and I am truly impressed! The owners are incredibly kind and very dedicated to their work, which is evident in every detail. We felt exceptionally well taken care of. The food was delicious – every meal was tasty and we didn't lack for anything. The atmosphere was so warm and cozy that we felt right at home, especially while spending the afternoons by the fireplace. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming retreat!

Booked it for the hot tub. Pleasant villa. Quiet site and villa is located in a pretty private spot. Enjoyed the view from the hot tub (bushes could do with a cut back now) and seeing the dear, rabbits and birds. Two good bedrooms (not three bedrooms as stated). General standard of cleanliness. Toiletries and welcome cookies and Prosecco. Large fridge and freezer. Good wardrobes and two good bathrooms. One with shower and one with a bath.

Not three bedrooms as stated. Sofa bed mattress could have done with a hoover. Bin was still full of rubbish when we arrived. Cobwebs up higher. Uncomfortable sofas. General repairs needed doing. Hubby had a screwdriver in the car so he fixed the front door that didn’t lock, tighten the screws on wobbly dining chair, screwed the handles on the cooker doors that were wobbly and one was off on one side. Electrics went off on the morning (quick to respond on telephone)… fuse box is in the wardrobe if this happens to you whilst staying. No instructions for tv, heating (press the button top right for a quick boost), hot tub etc. only four dining chairs and there were 5 of us. Outside furniture was full of green and needed a wash down. Cushions were clean. All this said we would stay again but no more than four of us as wouldn’t want to use the sofa bed again. The price wasn’t bad for two nights.

My stay at the backpackers' hostel was very enjoyable. It offered great value for the price. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the rooms were neat and tidy.

The hotel claims to offer a premium experience and unfortunately it is clear they were cutting corners to save money. The room was really basic with outdated furniture. The breakfast was nothing special: unfrozen bagels, the worst coffee that we had during entire week travel around Scotland ( we could have had better if we had paid extra 4£), better breakfast choices if we of course paid extra 7£… The pool, it is wonderful that hotel has it but there is no direct way to get there. You need to go outside and take another building (there is even no bathrobe in the room to cross the builds comfortably) The service was subpar, and the staff seemed disinterested and untrained (especially during breakfast time)
