The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were nice. Easy access to the city via the neighbouring park and ride. I liked that a box of tissues was provided in the room (a small thing but surprisingly uncommon in hotels and b&bs, I've found). Good selection of breakfast options and long timeframe for breakfast on a Sunday morning (8am - 11am). The towels and toiletries were good quality.

Tried and failed to connect the TV to our streaming apps - spoke to reception but they were unable to assist. Had to request more tea bags and milk for our room. A biscuit in the room would also have been a welcome addition. The hotel was a little tired - had been spruced up at some point rather than properly renovated. The evening meal at the hotel was tasty and we received great service from our waitress, but it was a little overpriced (£81 for 1 starter, 2 small mains, and a bottle of rosé that would have retailed at no more than about £7 but was priced at £25.50). Service charge was added to the bill, which is fine, as long as it goes to the staff directly. The quality of the breakfast could be improved with locally sourced ingredients and less deep-fat frying of the cooked items.

Very clean apartment features an outdoor area. The double bed is very comfortable. The apartment has all essentials we need. Two toilets. The kitchen comes with all utensils. The owner is very friendly and approachable.

Good location and rooms were clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was perfect after a few days of heavy fry ups.

The breakfast was acceptable. Good location for Le Shuttle. Rooms were well turned out.

the parking is limited which quickly filled. This required motorcycles to be parked by the road which I'm never comfortable with but there were no issues for our group. The rooms were small. Some areas of the hotel looked tired, and not in keeping with the grandness of the exterior.
