  Very large open plan kitchen/dining which seated us all. Very bright clean and modern. Liked the separate utility room. Wonderful views.

  Two of the back bedrooms did not have sufficient blackout blinds at the windows and the occupants found it very difficult to sleep because of this.

  Good location and nice outdoor seating area on the river. Room was clean and supplied all toiletries and tea / coffee.

  Air conditioning in room clearly didn’t work. Put it on the coldest setting with the fan on high at 3pm and when I returned at 11pm the room was still just as hot :( luckily the window opened but it is obviously a busy loud area so wasn’t an option to keep it open all night. Also when we arrived to check in at 3pm the lady on the desk wouldn’t check us in as she was “finishing her shift” so we had to wait for someone else to check us in. It was an awkward exchange between colleagues that made us feel uncomfortable.
