  Very expensive for what was provided. No staff on site. So couldn't report that there was no TV remote control and toilet paper run out after the first day. Oppressive CCTV notices in communal hallway signalled a lack of trust

  One member of staff, which all 4 of us found rather rude, when ordering drinks and booking in… maybe she could of been a bit more welcoming like everyone else was… the breakfast in the morning was all great bar the bacon! The bacon tasted off.. again that was all 4 of us, me my partner and another couple..

  False photographs, looks nothing like the pictures. The balcony was filthy and tiny. The supposed ‘futon’ beds were actually sun loungers, had an absolute rubbish night sleep. Advertised for 4 people when in fact it was a one bed apartment. Would not stay here again.

  When I arrived I wanted take a shower but there was missing shower head,it was fixed in 10 minutes but the steel shower tube was leaking 🙄also the shower cabin is leaking too so after shower there is watter on the floor🙄 also the view from the room🙄🙄🙄

  The flat was filthy! Dirty bathmat. Other people's leftover food in the fridge and freezer, old toothbrushes and other stuff left in bathroom cabinet. Floors dirty and not vacuumed. Unsafe steep stairs with no handrail or safety barrier. No towels (owner went out and bought two new towels, and delivered them unwashed and still with their new shop tags on them). When we asked about tea towels and dishwashing detergent, he said in a huff, "make do"! No way to clean dishes properly without detergent. Kitchen sponges provided were used and dirty. Microwave oven rack had old food caked on it. Shower screen was so dirty, we refused to take showers! Two flights of stairs made this place very inaccessible for people with mobility issues.This place was the worst I've ever stayed in 40+ years of travelling!

  They couldn't find my booking then I went to pay for late check out no one there finally got there looked like a key lock before the code a man came out to help ? Then was a very tiny double uncomfortable nights sleep also kitchen tap constantly running not dripping to be honest nice place but not worth 125 then 15 late check out. Also alot of slamming doors ?
