The staff were fab, super friendly and helpful and the free upgrade to our lovely apartment was just gorgeous with the outside veranda and views to die for.

The fact that we were over charged at check in, but refunded afterwards! The staff at reception just came to the conclusion that we had to pay more, when in fact our booking was correct & we were refunded afterwards!
