Booked as a birthday treat for me and my sister. The friendly, helpful staff made checking in and out easy with the offroad secure parking, putting our minds at ease. Located close to the city centre, meant just a short walk to restaurants and venues. The place itself was absolutely beautiful; the beds were extremely comfortable, and the apartment was immaculate, making our stay very comfortable. Would happily stay again if we are ever in the area. Thank you for having us. We loved it.

The only downside for us was that the apartment could perhaps have more mirrors to make getting ready for going out a little easier. But definitely not a deal breaker for us.

This is a beautiful place to stay..Fyioa, your host, is so friendly and helpful. We stayed in a twin room, the beds and pillows were very comfy. The bathroom was spacious. The whole property was warm and inviting. The breakfast was exceptional, you were spoilt for choice, hor breakfast was very tasty. One of the best we've had. Fyona's home was very clean and comfortable, she made you very welcome. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Orkney. A*

Amazing staff. Friendly and very attentive. Hotel was clean, bed was comfy and it was right in the city centre. Easy to find and there was clear communication from the hotel from the moment of booking. They even took note of a detail added on the booking form and left a card/chocolates as a birthday present. Thank you! We had a lush trip!

Hotel was a little dated but this was the only fault and is very minor. It wouldn't stop us staying here again!

Excellent location, well placed for the ferry and town. The place was clean and tidy, the Seaview room a delight.

The surly receptionist didn't endear himself to us. Maybe so work on his soft skills would help? The live music and lack of soundproofing doesn't lead to you having a quiet early night. Neither does the entrance door slamming. Food would have been a bonus, but alas no bar meals or snacks sadly.
