The rooms were excellent - far far better than we expected Clean, modern rooms with great bathrooms Beds really comfortable Staff welcoming and helpful Value for money - definitely Would stay again and recommed to others Breakfasts were very good (but needed to be hotter)

Good location. Comfortable bed and room. Lovely gardens. In the whole friendly and helpful staff.

Bar/outside area not staffed so if you wanted a drink it was a ‘hunt for staff’. There was an obvious lack of staff in some areas. Having to find bar staff does not warrant 12.5% service charge each time you use the bar. Property quite tired and needs redecorating in parts. However I am aware that COVID didn’t help the hotel and the leisure industry and therefore they are still recouping loses in income.

I did not like the lack of sign posts to direct me and know where the Hotel is, also having to pay a £9 surcharge for parking is a big negative, this should have bee advertised.I knew nothing about this and I feel I was lied to about this at reception has I commenred about this how expensive this is and was told this is a different company who is responsible for the parking. At the end of the day IBIS own rent or lease this land so this is down to them. I also never slept well has there was like a ventallation sound or generator type humming sound all night.

Proximity to T1, excellent shuttle service & a very comfortable room.

Restaurant was quite expensive - some staff training required to provide a service equal to the prices. Wine plonked on the table, just unopened & left for me to deal so lacking a few refinements. Staff uniforms scruffy & cheap looking.
