Positive section of review
The food, the location, the accommodation was spacious, clean, good amenities. Own private terraced that could lead through to the pub/restaurant garden but was also secure. The staff were all approachable, professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. The food was delicious, both the evening meal and also the breakfast which catered for any allergy or dietary requirements.

Just to fill this box we can only think of the rear door to our accommodation not having a curtain or frosted glass door to provide a feeling of complete privacy but other than that very minor issue it was a delightful stay and we will definitely be returning.

Good location, close to the tube station and Sainsbury’s nearby. Generally quite clean and well furnished. Extra bed provided on request. Good fridge space and beds are comfortable. Nice light up mirrors in the bathroom. Host was helpful and quick to reply.

Sitting room appears smaller in real life compared to the pictures - might struggle with a group of 5, as there are only 4 chairs for the dining table. The front door is really stiff and the lock is not easy to open - took about 15m to finally open it on first arrival. Would be better if bedroom windows had nets as neighbours opposite can see inside if the blinds are up. Also there was a strange smell in the house as you enter, so could do with some air freshener.

Our spacious room was clean and comfortable and the veggie breakfast was outstanding! Alison was a great host and we loved meeting her little dog Bee, too. It was great to be able to order drinks from the bar in the evening, too.
