Did not have their breakfast. Took own porridge pots. Very quiet , buses passed through but not many a day, . Very good walking from pub. .Midhurst, West Dean Gardens and Petersfield all visited. Excellent. Pub itself pleasant.

There for five nights, until we actually got into bed, did not realise how thin the duvet was. No spare blanket for our use in spite of excellent shelves, drawers, hanging space. 3 coat hangers each only. No mat for slippery shower floor or safety grab handle fitted. Shower Mat requested the first morning which made a world of difference. Also, there for five nights, room was not “ serviced “ daily. Surprised about that for what it cost us.

Stayed over for 5 nights in total and had the best time! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfy and clean, and the location was just ideal for visiting the the most popular sights.

The noise from the underground wasn't ideal but we could manage it just fine. We at least didn't lose any sleep over it. I wouldn't pick this hotel if I needed complete silence. But then again I wouldn't go to London in the first place :)

The Reubens was near to where the gin experience we were visiting. The property was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly.

The location was good, very near the beach. The apartment was a good size and nicely furnished. They provided teabags.

The hosts were uncontactable for our entire stay. It felt very impersonal and frustrating. We had problems with the WiFi, the front door lock/key and a very bad leak from the water tank every time we used the bathroom sink. We called and they never got back to us. The building itself is very old, damp and mouldy. It's in a bad state of repair. There are many many stairs to the apartment so it's not suitable for guests with mobility problems or injuries, I think they need to let people know that in advance.

Our room was tiny, it smelt. It had a dirty sticker from someone’s shoe on the wall. It just felt like someone’s bed sit.
