  Situated in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent, it offered easy access to local attractions, dining options, and universities. Whether we were exploring the nearby gardens or venturing further afield to discover the beauty of the Staffordshire countryside, the Cosy Carlton served as the perfect home base for our adventures.

  Obtaining the apartment keys initially posed a slight challenge, but the matter was promptly resolved. While there were minor difficulties with the heating for a couple of days, maintenance promptly addressed the issue. Overall, our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

  Really handy location for our stop off when travelling north or south from Skye. Pet friendly which was essential due to the fact we had just picked up a welfare dog. The little balcony/terrance is a great feature especially with the beautiful lake to look over. Nice spacious room.

  This Days Inn is not as new as some I have stayed, so some aspects of the property are not as sparkly and new. But we still love Annandale Water

  Lovely and quaint. I’ve not seen a pub that looks like that. Our check in was extremely smooth and have are very helpful in a genuine way. We sat with some locals watching football for a little while and throughly enjoyed our stay.

  Breakfast was awful - fruit and plastic wrapped soggy pain au chocolate in basket left outside room. Bowls provided for cereal but no cereal or milk given!! The rooms were below average, staff friendly but everything in the pub was so tired and need of refurbishment.
