A great centrally located property. Small rooms but lots of little extras in room. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff. Thanks for a great stay Jo, Heather and Kasia!

Clean and comfortable, on bus routes so easy to travel into the centre. Nice building and quiet road.

Shower was broken, quickly ramps up to scalding hot so unable to use it after a few seconds.

Unfortunately the flat was dusty with cobwebs when we arrived. Boiler was erratic so no hot water some of the time. Kitchen under equiped No personal touches. Information about the property would have been interesting. No welcome pack Its expensive accommodation so unfortunately not good value for money

I was surprised not to be advised about how to get internet, or which floor the dining was on, (we bumped into another couple in lift asking same questions). Also there was no indication of check out time. Had to look it up on internet, when I finally got in. Lastly it may be me as I don’t visit London often but I was charged an additional £3.50 at the hotel bar when ordering 2 drinks. When queried I was told that is a standard charge. Hmm bar Barman ( his paid job) and an additional charge for doing his job.
