Great location, easy walk to everything but away from the noise. Seaside right at the end of the street. Easy parking outside and the parking card is included in the room rate. Warm, comfortable room, well decorated, kettle in the room a bonus. The shared kitchen is extremely well equipped and inviting. Fridge and freezer space available for guest use. Nice communal lounge and dining area to sit in if you want a change of scenery. Jay was very helpful and responsive.

Be aware you need to climb stairs. We were fine on the third floor but check it's right for you or ask for a room on a lower floor.

Wonderful stay with warm, sweet and sincere people. a nice breakfast and beautiful (spotless) rooms delicious breakfast prepared with care. lovely, quiet environment. feeling of relaxation. lovely hosts who provide great advice (in the area) we felt very welcome and at home here we would love to come back again.

Communication was excellent, got door / key box codes on time & worked perfectly. Apartments were perfect, modern & clean with excellent facilities. Beds were comfortable & despite the noise from Mathew Street (Which we were pre-warned about), it didn't stop us from sleeping. Location was superb.

Nothing really, it was all good. Only one minor thing, we ran out of toilet roll on our last morning. Maybe supply more toilet roll ??

Everything was just perfect. Hotel is beautifully located, everywhere is spotlessly clean, the staff are so helpful and friendly that you felt like part of a family. The food was outstanding as was the service in the restaurant from Michael and Aga (hope that's spelt right}. We will certainly return.

Perfect location, right on the front with wonderful views and easy walking into the town. Parking within easy reach, cheapest to use the multi-storey for overnight. There's a lift to upper floors. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The room was very cramped, Single bed with a shelf along one side limited the space even more.

Convenient area, parking is very close by. Videos made it easy to find. Nice modern apartment with good kitchen & bathroom facilities. Nice and clean throughout.

Sofas are a bit tired and could do with updating. Tops of radiators need some attention. It was very warm although there are fans available if required.

The mugs in the room on arrival were dirty and tea stained. Another guest let themselves into my room with their key card as hotel had double booked the room. Luckily I was in the room already otherwise they’d have had access to all my things… but this really was unacceptable in regards to security and privacy in room.
