The location is excellent, directly adjacent to the Paddington station. The room was clean but up two full flights of stairs which was difficult for us older travellers with heavy suitcases.

We had to wash all cutlery and glasses as they all had food and stains on them, also we couldn’t lie on the grass to sun bathe as it hadn’t been cut. Not a massive deal but better to mention

It's stupidly expensive for what we got. I've stayed in much much better places for a lot less money The room was small and overlooked the roof at the back. There was one biscuit in a kilner jar and tap water in a carafe in the fridge. Breakfast was only ok and drinks weren't cheap. I'd come here to meet friends again but wouldn't stay.

The apartment was great stylistically. And beautiful. And only the glasses were clean.

The apartment was great stylistically, but terrible on hygiene. The bed was full of long hair, the whole kitchen smelled damp, the fridge smelled of onions and the dishes (Coffee Cups) weren't clean, coffee stains. The cutlery had food on them. The dining table was dirty the dining chair had a white stain on it. There was a lot of banging in the hallway at night. And being pregnant it was very hygienic.

The location is good, and the bathroom is clean, but it has a bad odor.

The whole room smelled like a sewer, so when I came back, all my clothes and backpack smelled bad. The bed and curtains were dirty. Felt unsafe at night near the hotel.

omg… the room they gave us was horrible. There was a big bright light outside our room that was turned on the entire night and we couldn’t sleep at all. (see photo) We paid £125 to not sleep. We slept so uncomfortably because of that light. Food was just okay too.

As smoker they do not have smoking area. Told me to smoke outside the front. Expected breakfast to be buffet like I had in other hotels. Asked for toiletries but they said they do not have.
