Very good location and close to wembley though not loud outside. The room was very nice and the kitchen really big, though we were on top floor so it would have been helpful to have a mini fridge upstairs to avoid going down two flights.

The top floor was very hot! They did provide us with a fan and there was a lot of windows so it helped cool us down.. can't be helped! Also the walls are pretty thin and the boards were creaky, however, we all went yo a concert and went to bed at the same time so didn't hear much for long

Very welcoming and accommodating hosts. We were fortunate enough to get on-site parking, but I would have been happy parking on the road as it felt like a 'safe' area. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the pier area.

A great location for exploring Barnard Castle and the Tees Valley. The room was fresh, comfortable and easily accessible. Not much noise from the pub/restaurant at night.

I know restaurants can't possibly cater for every pallet and dietry need, but maybe they could expand the menu to include more grilled food? Lots of the savoury dishes included oil of some description which limited our choices. This shouldn't detract from the tasty, well cooked meals that we enjoyed. Unfortunately, there was too much light creeping into our room around the windows and under the door.

Nick and Chen was very welcoming nothing was too much trouble , very organised and would definitely stay again ,we had a lovely weeks stay thanks very much.

The apartment is in perfect location. All shops, gym, and restaurants around ,5 mins walk from the station . High recommended.

They gave me the wrong address, which was very annoying .Especially if ur phone is just about to die. I arrive 2hrs early, so I obviously have to wait, and on top of that, instead of a 3pm check-in, it was delayed by 30 mins . What for me was just over the top . I have to call the office 4 / 5 time to find out where should I go . Very stressful experience. TV is not working, and the code for WiFi is incorrect . You should sort this out. Beccause I'm not the first person who complained about it

I was a little bit disappointed that the room/pod was not soundproofed and therefore, had it not been for me being very tired I would have probably found it tough to get to sleep because of the loud music in the bar underneath.

Where do I start? I have tried making a complaint directly with the hotel and with booking.com but nothing back at all apart from key details like pin and email which i have now done 3 times.
