  This was a beautiful location, in the heart of the countryside in an idyllic location, but close enough to drive to the beach in 5 mins. It has an open field in front down to the stream and ideal for dogs. Lovely cottage style cabin tucked into plants and trees giving you a feeling of privacy. Great Wifi and very clean and good communication from host. WAZE the map app took us directly to the property and a five minute drive later we were at a lovely bar / restaurant on a stunning Cornish beach. Lovely and clean too and well equipped with the basics.

  The weather wasn't great, and this was not fault of the host obviously, but when we arrived the main room was cold and the hot water was not turned on, which we didn't realise until we fancied a quick shower before we went out. The main heater appeared to be broken as we couldn't switch it on, but it came on in the morning so must have been on a timer. We later found the fan heaters in the bedroom, which helped. If it had been a warm and dry day this probably wouldn't have been a problem but we were impressed at the previous property we turned up at as it was lovely and warm on a cold day. Host was out and about and didn't have her phone with her so couldn't check with them unfortunately. The walk to the beach is apparently 45 minutes to an hour, according to our neighbouring property, which was a bit further than expected as the hosts mention a 15 minute walk to the beach, although maybe this is in another direction!

  We booked the suite, a spacouis room with a balcony. Breakfast was excellent. Location fine. Stratford station only 10 minutes walk and 10 -15 minutes to Abba Voyage. Check in and check out very easy and fast

  Excellent room and bathroom, well furnished. Long bathroom shelf for my wife to spread her paraphanalia. Good breakfast. Bus stops very close to the hotel made trips to town very easy.

  A system problem with room keys prevented entry to the room. As we were furthest away from reception, and very tired after a trip to town, it was a nuisance to have to return to reception to sort out the problem.

  Clean and comfortable room. Tea and coffee facility and large bathroom. Large bath and plenty of towels.

  Shelf under bathroom mirror missing and extraction fan not working. Nowhere really to store anything in the bathroom even for 1 night. Plug chain disconnected on bath. None of the aforementioned were an issue though for 1 night only.
