A fantastic clean, comfortable & friendly place to stay. Location was great for us with safe & easy parking. Daily breakfast was delicious. Bed was very comfy. Fantastic shower with boutique toiletries. We can totally recommend staying here.

The whole apartment as there was plenty of space and beds 🛌. The location was good because it was not too far for my niece's graduation ceremony place and the weather was excellent 👌 on that day.

Was not happy about the overnight parking situation as we had to take the car to Wembley to be parked at a friend's house and return back to Baker Street by taxi thus more expense.

Location fine (but signage could be better). Enjoyed the use of facilities, including pool table. Good range of toiletries, etc, provided. Our host was most welcoming.

More storage/shelving, particularly in the bathrooms would be helpful. Very much a family home and ‘home comforts’ were appreciated. Perhaps one concern is that all the furnishings were low to the ground which created extreme difficulties for less mobile folk.

Only slight issue was with man upstairs very noisy banging doors and woke up in middle of night to hear him snoring loudly, obviously nothing to do with the proprietors, also a rather abrupt waitress who when we placed our meal order, answered "is that it" I'm sure it wasn't meant to come across the way it came, but maybe polish up the people skills, 😂

"I was disappointed with my recent experience at the hotel. Upon arrival, the welcome was lacking as the staff did not inquire about any additional needs I may have had. Despite having paid in full in advance, I was asked to leave my card details again at the desk, which was unnecessary. Arriving around 10:30 pm, everything appeared closed, giving off an unwelcoming vibe. The bath plug was old, dirty, and even fell apart, leading to a highly unpleasant and unrelenting stay. Additionally, the early 10 am check-out time did not allow for proper rest or breakfast preparation for the day ahead, especially with noisy construction work starting as early as 8 am. The highlight of my stay was the helpfulness of a chambermaid who assisted me with my luggage due to my injury, I was on crunches. However, overall, the experience left me feeling tired, hungry, and disheartened. It's truly disappointing and I couldn't help but feel let down. "
