It was clean. Good range of TV channels. Quiet late at night. Always had hot water/good water pressure.

The location is closed to lots but I didn't like that all the deliveroo, etc delivery guys parked up outside the parts all the time, it didn't fell safe. Super extra noisy on Sundays. The PAT testing seemed to be out of date on some things. There is no co2 monitor but the welcome manual said there should be. No mirror other than one in the bathroom which I just just about use. They need a full length one in the bedroom. The TV remote batteries weren't working. They only left us one towel, one bowl, one tall glass when they knew 2 people were staying. The bed isn't comfortable. There is Aircon but it doesn't work, I emailed enquiring about it as it does turn on but then turns right off with an error code which I googled and it said it needs refrigerant, they emailed me back saying there is no Aircon and there won't be and as the temperature in London was up to 26c this was unacceptable especially as I had informed them I would be recovering from surgery and would be in the apartment constantly. The extractor fan may as well not be there as it doesn't go anywhere it extracts into the room so with the heat and the smells we couldn't cook and had to spend a fortune on takeaways. There is a door behind the curtains this needs either boarded up or better sealed. We were 1 floor below ground. The toaster is rubbish. No fire extinguisher even though it says there should be one in the welcome book. There is no extraction in the bathroom and the bathroom constantly stinks. The toilet seat is broken and move about a lot. The windows really need cleaned. The corner of our duvet was dirty/stained. There was nowhere to dry your clothes even though there was supposed to be a clothes drying rack provided. It's a disgrace for the amount of money we spent.

There was no zero alcoholic beers which would have been nice as we were celebrating a birthday so we had to go to the shop The rooms and the hallways were very dated and had not been hoovered it seems. Mark's all over the carpets I added a special request on booking. Com and then called up to confirm it it was all agreed by the lad and he typed extra notes and got to the room there was nothing there. Had to to go reception for them to add a banner and a balloons. Which was ncie they did thank you. Overral really disappointed with the room we was put in it was like we was under a noisy pipe all night the noise was hurrendous. It was constant
