I liked everything about this property can’t fault it at all. I stayed there with my family for my wedding and the staff could not of done enough for us and made our stay great Thank you so much for the welcome we will be back

Perfect stopover for the ferry to Orkney, parking right outside, good fish and chip shop 2mins away, comfy bed, good shower, lovely decor.

We were in Room 18, it was small and felt like an attic room with far too many stairs for me to climb. If staying again I'd ask for a ground floor room.

Location was easy to get to and quite near to deansgate amd wharf area. Kitchen area was big with cupboards and fridge space

Location itself is quite run down no street parking without a permit Smoke or CO alarms went off several times throughout the night Main door was left unlocked so anybody could walk in Bedroom was small, basic and not very clean A bag of personal belongings was left behind. We tried contacting the owner to retrieve it and gave a date when we would be back. The owners would not answer the phone and did not give us back our belongings and would not post them back to us.

Room was fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great.

Hotel looked shabby, in need of some TLC. Spa windows dirty as were the showers. Plant pots contained dead flowers. Room would have benefitted from having some glasses. Hook on the back on the bathroom door was hanging off, nowhere to put the hand towel. Not allowed a second key which was awkward.
